Real Money or Fun Money
At Pokerihuone, you can choose if you want to play for real money or just for fun (with Fun Money). We recommend new players start playing with our FunMoney and then join the real money games once you feel confident with our software. All our real money games are played with EUR (€). To make a deposit or withdrawal, please go to the Cashier and follow the instructions. You can access the Cashier from the Lobby in the Poker Client or from our website.
Deposits

Credit Card / Debit Card Deposits
Visa and Master Card are supported. As a promotional offer all Credit Card / Debit Card deposit fees are covered. All credit card / Debit card transactions will be made from the Cashier through a direct and secure link with the processor. Upon approval your account will be credited instantly. The minimum amount per transaction is € 20.00. The maximum amount varies depending on your player status and will be shown when you try to deposit.
Credit Card / Debit Card transactions are now available in several currencies:
- Upon making a Credit Card / Debit Card deposit your account will be set to use the chosen currency for both Credit Card / Debit Card deposits and withdrawals.
- For every Credit Card / Debit Card deposit, a withdrawal must be made using the same currency
- The conversion rate for non-euro Credit Card / Debit Card deposits/withdrawals is derived from http://www.xe.com/ and multiplied with fixed rate of 0,75%
Switch/Solo/Maestro UK cards
If you have Switch/Solo/Maestro UK card you can use it to deposit funds. Switch/Solo/Maestro UK deposit fees are covered by us. All Switch/Solo/Maestro UK transactions will be made from the Cashier through a direct and secure link with the processor. Upon approval your account will be credited instantly. The minimum amount per transaction is GBP20. The maximum amount varies depending on your player status and will be shown when you try to deposit.
We will convert the GBP amount to EUR using conversion rate derived from http://www.xe.com/ and multiplied with fixed rate of 0,75%. Your card is debited in GBP.
We are currently unable to make refunds on Switch/Solo/Maestro UK cards.
Moneybookers
Moneybookers is a virtual wallet on the Internet. If you have an account with Moneybookers, you can use the account to deposit funds. Just click on the link in the Cashier section after logging in. If you do not have a Moneybookers account you can find out more about Moneybookers and sign up for an account at http://www.moneybookers.com/.
NETELLER
NETELLER is a virtual wallet on the Internet. If you have an account with NETELLER, you can use the account to deposit funds. Just click on the link in the Cashier section after logging in.
Only one NETELLER account is allowed per user both for deposits and withdrawals. The first NETELLER account used by you for depositing or withdrawing funds, will be pre-filled by default for future deposits and withdrawals. NETELLER (1-PAY) is a fast and secure way to transfer funds directly to your Pokerihuone account for residents of the People’s Republic of China. NETELLER (1-PAY) is an e-wallet solution that operates like an online bank account which you can transfer money to and from. To make a deposit by NETELLER (1-PAY) you will first need your own personal NETELLER (1-PAY) account. All information required to open an account is contained on their site at www.NETELLER.com
If you deposit funds to your Pokerihuone account using NETELLER (1-PAY), payouts will be processed back to NETELLER (1-PAY) up to the amount originally deposited.
Only one NETELLER (1-PAY) account is allowed per user both for deposits and withdrawals. The first NETELLER (1-PAY) account used by you for depositing or withdrawing funds, will be pre-filled by default for future deposits and withdrawals.
NETELLER (1-PAY) deposits are processed in CNY (RMB).
WebMoney
If you have an account with WebMoney, you can use the account to deposit funds. Just click on the link in the Cashier section after logging in. A WebMoney account is an electronic purse that can be accessed through the Internet to make safe money transfers and payments in real time. WebMoney works wherever there is an Internet connection.

Bank Transfer
Please do not forget to write your username on the deposit slip when making a transaction. To ensure that your deposit can be credited to your account as fast as possible, please notify us of the transfer by sending an email to support@pokerihuone.com. Please note: To be eligible for a bonus when depositing by bank transfer, please include the bonus code and your username in the notification email to support@pokerihuone.com or write the bonus code on the deposit slip.
Our company employs a very strict policy that does not allow members to deposit with or cashout to any method that is not registered to them. Thereby Bank Deposit should be made from a bank account registered in the name of the account holder in our system.
Please be aware that banks may charge you a fee for International Bank Transfers. The fee may differ from time to time and has nothing to do with Pokerihuone. If such a fee is charged by involved banks, the amount showing on your Account with Pokerihuone will differ from the amount deposited since your bank is transferring the deposited amount minus the fee.
If you have an account with SEB Eesti Ühispank (Estonia), you can deposit funds through the direct bank link service by entering the Internet bank U-Net from our site. Just click on the link in the Cashier section after logging in.

Withdrawals
If you wish to withdraw money from your players account we will be happy to send you the money without delay. Withdrawals are processed every day.
Payments are requested from the Cashier and can be made through:
- Refund to your Credit Card / Debit Card
- Bank transfer
- Check
- NETeller
- Moneybookers
- WebMoney
Credit Card / Debit Card
A Credit Card / Debit Card withdrawal is limited to the total amount deposited using the Credit Card / Debit Card method. If you desire another way of payment a Credit Card / Debit Card refund will be made up to the amount deposited. The winnings on top of this will be paid out as requested. We are unable to make credit card / debit card refunds on Mastercards due to their policy. The time for receiving the refund can vary between 3-14 days depending on your bank. The payments will always be made promptly after normal verification of the card.
Bank Transfer
If you wish to have money sent to your bank account we would be happy to make the transfer. You only need to make sure that you provide us with your banking details. This can be made on-line from the Cashier. Please allow up to 3-14 days for the money to arrive on your account.
A Bank Withdrawal will only be processed if the account holders name is matching with the name in the Personal Info. Otherwise the withdrawal will be rejected.
Starting on January 1st 2007, IBAN is mandatory for all international payments in Euro for all countries in the EU/EEA (European Union/European Economic Area). Therefore please provide your IBAN in bank info to enable us to process your bank withdrawal.
IBAN is an acronym, which stands for International Bank Account Number. If you don’t know your IBAN we suggest you request it from the bank or find it on your bank statement.
Check
All checks are sent with registered mail. Normally you should receive the check within 2-3 weeks.
We do not take responsibility for postal service problems related to check delivery or check cash out problems in the bank, if the check was sent correctly from our side. The payee is responsible for covering all additional costs incurred due to such problems. Thus, we highly recommend you to use bank withdrawal instead.
Please note that all check withdrawals are charged with additional fee. The fee is charged by our bank for processing each check withdrawal. If you would like to avoid paying the fee, we kindly recommend a bank withdrawal as our bank's fees for bank withdrawals are covered by us.
Pokerihuone has domestic bank accounts in SEK, DKK, NOK, EUR, EEK in SEB Bank.
NETeller
If you have an account with NETeller, we can transfer funds there. You have to withdraw as much funds as you have deposited with NETeller before you can use any other withdrawal method.
Moneybookers
If you have an account with Moneybookers, we can transfer funds there. You have to withdraw as much funds as you have deposited with Moneybookers before you can use any other withdrawal method.
WebMoney
If you have an account with WebMoney, we can transfer funds there. We reserve the right to restrict WebMoney withdrawals to the same currency that was used for WebMoney deposits in the past.
Withdrawal Fees
Each player is allowed one withdrawal free of charge every 30 days. For more frequent withdrawals the fee is € 10 or VIP200 points.
Please note:
We reserve the right to charge a fee amounting to our own costs (including the cost of the deposit) for withdrawals of funds that have not been put into play.
